Organizing your Focus Pages into categories helps you stay structured and efficient. Here\u2019s how you can create, edit, and manage your categories\u2014and how to assign Focus Pages to them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Creating a Category<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To create a new category:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. Go to the sidebar<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Locate the Category<\/strong> section<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. On the upper right corner of this section, click the \u201cAdd Category\u201d icon<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. In the pop-up form:\n
      \n
    • Enter the category name<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • (Optional) Choose a category color<\/strong>. If you leave the color blank, the category will be created without a color<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Click Submit<\/strong> to create the category<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Managing Categories<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      You can manage your categories from two places:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \n
      • The Category section<\/strong> in the sidebar (click the \u201cEdit Category\u201d<\/strong> button).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • The Homepage<\/strong>, in both Card View<\/strong> and List View<\/strong> (each category has an \u201cEdit Category\u201d<\/strong> button on the right side).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Clicking Edit Category<\/strong> opens three options:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          \n
        • Rename<\/strong>: Change the category name.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Update Color<\/strong>: Modify the category color.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Delete Category<\/strong>: Permanently remove the category. All Focus Pages inside will be moved to “No Category” – still there!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          You can choose any of these options to manage your categories as needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Moving a Focus Page Into or Out of a Category<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

          To update a Focus Page\u2019s category:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            \n
          1. Open the Focus Page<\/strong> you want to update.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          2. Click the three-dot menu<\/strong> on the right side.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          3. Select \u201cManage Focus Page\u201d<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          4. Hover over the second option: \u201cUpdate Category\u201d<\/strong>.\n
              \n
            • If the Focus Page already has a category<\/strong>, you\u2019ll see a \u201cRemove Category\u201d<\/strong> button at the top. Click it to remove the page from the current category.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • If you want to move the Focus Page into a different category<\/strong>, simply select the new category from the list. The change will apply immediately.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
