Table of Contents
Organizing your Focus Pages into categories helps you stay structured and efficient. Here’s how you can create, edit, and manage your categories—and how to assign Focus Pages to them.
Creating a Category #
To create a new category:
- Go to the sidebar
- Locate the Category section
- On the upper right corner of this section, click the “Add Category” icon
- In the pop-up form:
- Enter the category name
- (Optional) Choose a category color. If you leave the color blank, the category will be created without a color
- Click Submit to create the category

Managing Categories #
You can manage your categories from two places:
- The Category section in the sidebar (click the “Edit Category” button).
- The Homepage, in both Card View and List View (each category has an “Edit Category” button on the right side).
Clicking Edit Category opens three options:
- Rename: Change the category name.
- Update Color: Modify the category color.
- Delete Category: Permanently remove the category. All Focus Pages inside will be moved to “No Category” – still there!
You can choose any of these options to manage your categories as needed.
Moving a Focus Page Into or Out of a Category #
To update a Focus Page’s category:
- Open the Focus Page you want to update.
- Click the three-dot menu on the right side.
- Select “Manage Focus Page”.
- Hover over the second option: “Update Category”.
- If the Focus Page already has a category, you’ll see a “Remove Category” button at the top. Click it to remove the page from the current category.
- If you want to move the Focus Page into a different category, simply select the new category from the list. The change will apply immediately.
That’s it! You now know how to create, manage, and assign categories to organize your Focus Pages more effectively.
