2 min read

Before you publish, it’s a good idea to organize your Focus Page for the best viewing experience.
Here’s how to make sure everything looks clean, clear, and easy for your audience to navigate.

1. Review Your Focus Page Title #

Start by reviewing the title at the top of your Focus Page.
Make sure it’s clear and descriptive, so viewers can instantly understand what your page is about at a glance.
If needed, update the title for better clarity.

2. Organize Your Focus Groups and Links #

Take your time to check your Focus Groups and Solo Links to make sure everything is grouped clearly and logically.
Tips for organizing:

Reorder Focus Groups #

Drag and drop Focus Groups to arrange them in the best viewing order. Put your most important or attention-grabbing groups first.

Edit Focus Group Titles and Link Names #

Click any title or link name to edit. Keep them concise, clear, and descriptive so viewers instantly understand what each section or link is about.
Tip:
A strong Focus Group title gives context to a set of links. A strong Link name highlights exactly what the link offers.

Rearrange Links Within Focus Groups #

Drag links up or down inside a group to highlight your best or most important links at the top.

3. Add Notes or Heads-Up for Extra Context #

You can add helpful context for your viewers:

  • Notes apply to the entire Focus Page — perfect for adding general context, instructions, or extra details that help your audience better understand your page overall.
  • Heads-Up apply to individual links — great for highlight important reminders, warnings, or updates related to a specific link.

Use them thoughtfully to guide your audience through your content.

4. Final Check Before Publishing #

Before hitting Publish, review your Focus Page one last time:

  • Is your Focus Page Title clear and descriptive?
  • Are your Focus Groups ordered logically?
  • Are your Focus Group titles and Link names easy to understand?
  • Are your most important links highlighted first?
  • Are Notes and Heads-Up items helpful and visible?

Once you’re happy with the layout, you’re ready to publish your Focus Page!
